🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years in account or partner/channel management or BD.
  • Strong understanding of referral program mechanics and drivers.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio with strong organization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with partners.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with CRM and performance data.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
