๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy with fintech providers.
  • Lead new business development to identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into a roadmap and integrate services.
  • Align the Motive Card with fuel merchant networks to optimize spending and customer experience.
  • Represent Motive externally, building senior-level relationships and negotiating terms.
  • Support Motive sellers with tools and knowledge to position the Motive Card.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or partner management.
  • Negotiating and managing complex partnerships.
  • Deep payments knowledge: card issuing, processors, networks, and interchange.
  • Experience with fuel merchant partnerships (strong plus) and private fueling networks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and engineering.
  • Willingness to travel in the U.S. and abroad (roughly 10-15%).
