  • Drive revenue growth through existing CX partners and recruit new partners in West region.
  • Build collaborative business plans with targets, enablement, and growth initiatives.
  • Accelerate pipeline by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Maintain forecasting and pipeline visibility using Salesforce and internal dashboards.
  • Represent Nextiva at partner events and customer engagements.

  • 5+ years in channel sales or partner management in UCaaS/CCaaS/CX.
  • Proven success growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline and ops skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI/reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent communication and relationship mgmt; travel ~50%.
