  • Build and execute strategy across named tech partners.
  • Develop joint value propositions, account plans, and integration strategies.
  • Establish Deepgram as a strategic partner in each ecosystem.
  • Lead sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with revenue motions.
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline and forecast.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Partner Management, Alliances, BD, or Enterprise Sales.
  • 3–5+ years managing major tech partnerships (Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Proven success with sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions.
  • Ability to build and scale partnerships from zero or early-stage.
  • Strong understanding of tech ecosystems across product, alliances, marketplaces, and sales.
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems including LLMs, CCaaS, CX platforms.
