📋 Description

  • Own the partner lifecycle from post-signing through renewal.
  • Be the single threaded owner for partners; lead marketing and launches.
  • Build deep partnerships with regular check-ins to discuss performance.
  • Identify opportunities to raise awareness and convert free users to paid.
  • Collaborate with product ops to define features for the partner portal.
  • Analyze marketing channels, audiences and metrics; drive optimization with partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in strategic/alliances/global accounts or subscriber acquisition
  • Background in consulting, content dist., media, telecom, or apps with APAC/Korea knowledge
  • Knowledge of deal/operational terms, marketing channels, and growth metrics
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech)
  • Able to influence senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, problem solver, proactive; data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Telcos experience and AI tools a plus
