  • Manage and grow strategic partners to align with Lyft objectives and metrics
  • Leverage data and insights to drive strategy and partner initiatives
  • Share learnings and best practices from partner performance
  • Scale programs to drive incremental rides, bookings, market share, and membership
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with Product, Legal, Marketing, FP&A, Science, and others
  • Act as day-to-day liaison between Lyft and partner organizations

  • 6+ years of business development, partner management, strategy and/or program management experience
  • Strong understanding and interest in Lyftโ€™s products and competitive landscape
  • Experience with 2-sided marketplaces
  • Comfort working with product and technical teams; technical knowledge of product integrations a plus
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker, data-driven, and a creative problem solver
  • Ability to make actionable recommendations under minimal structure and quickly build consensus with stakeholders
