  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Overlay HiveMQ sales to enable Tier 1 partners; create opportunities.
  • Build and execute Tier 1 partner account plans; lead field GTM with partners.
  • Onboard and enable partners; communicate MQTT data flows and cloud procurement.
  • Drive co-sell motions with partner sellers; align with HiveMQ sales teams.
  • Report on revenue, pipeline and activity; maintain SFDC and Crossbeam insights.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8-15 yrs partner mgmt or enterprise sales exp.
  • SFDC for pipeline mgmt; Crossbeam mapping.
  • Proven partner-sourced/influenced pipeline with GSIs/SIs and VARs.
  • Familiar with Snowflake, ServiceNow, ClickHouse, Databricks.
  • Familiar with AWS, GCP, and Microsoft co-sell programs.
  • Industrial OT vendors (HighByte, Ignition, MaintainX) experience.
  • SaaS/IoT or real-time data plus PRM tools (PartnerStack, Allbound, Channeltivity).
