  • Executive Presence: strong communication; lead exec presentations, QBRs, partner visits.
  • Strategic & Operational Balance: long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Analytical & Influential: use data to influence stakeholders and product strategy.
  • Soft skills: empathy, organization, clear communication, low ego, trust.
