  • Own a Revenue Quota: Deliver revenue targets through partner-sourced deals.
  • Full-Cycle Partner Sales: Manage pipeline, deals, and closing with partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner management (fintech/SaaS)
  • Proven success meeting revenue quotas via partner ecosystems.
  • Experience recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners.
  • Deep understanding of co-selling, deal registration, partner pipeline.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation across exec and sales levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and partner tools (PRM, attribution).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
