  • Lead enablement for strategic partners
  • Coordinate partner-team communications across sales, ops, and Figure
  • Create and manage partner-specific workflows, materials, and updates
  • Track usage and performance; identify gaps and drive increased volume
  • Support and troubleshoot the partner application lifecycle; recover stalled deals
  • Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions with internal Figure teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in strategic account management or partner enablement
  • Experience with large national partners, retailers, lenders, or SaaS
  • Strong presentation and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Comfortable managing complex workflows across departments
  • Able to interpret data into actionable insights
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple relationships
