- 3+ years in strategic account management or partner enablement
- Experience with large national partners, retailers, lenders, or SaaS
- Strong presentation and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable managing complex workflows across departments
- Able to interpret data into actionable insights
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple relationships
