Design, build, and maintain Sigma reports and dashboards for leadership and operations.
Analyze client workup data to identify trends and drivers of case quality.
Develop predictive models to forecast client workup volume.
Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
Strong experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud-based BI tool.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
