Work with regional Operations leadership to identify and execute health system partnership priorities.
Support Regional VPs and Directors to deliver financial and operational outcomes.
Assist in day-to-day strategy and operations for the region.
Develop financial forecasts and data analyses to guide decisions.
Act as a key member of Strategic Operations to drive growth.
Work on projects directed by the Executive Leadership Team to execute priorities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE, or healthcare strategy
Entrepreneurial attitude; willing to roll up sleeves and work cross-functionally
Highly motivated, results-driven, team-oriented
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data visualization
Travel 5-10% of time; healthcare experience preferred but not required
