Strategic Military Engagement Lead - Esercito Italiano (Italian Army)

📋 Description

• Own relationships across Italian Army HQ; build trust with planners and generals.
• Lead training and change management to embed the platform in daily planning.
• Secure system access; coordinate with IT/security; deploy on Italian and NATO networks.
• Support expansion to additional units and new commands.
• Act as voice of the user; provide structured feedback to product and engineering.
• Represent the company as a trusted partner to the Italian Armed Forces.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational planning experience in the Italian Armed Forces (brigade level or higher).
• Familiarity with NATO planning processes (COPD, JOPP) and multinational exercises.
• Experience with software/tech solutions in military environments, incl. classified networks.
• Ability to expand tool/process adoption within a military org.
• Strong customer engagement and support, in-person and remote.
• Technical aptitude to learn and support a complex software platform.
