Partner with global/regional Demand Gen and Field Marketing to improve targeting
Embed signal-driven insights into campaigns, programs, events, and outbound motions
Focus on pipeline progression, not just activity volume
Monitor pipeline creation, acceleration, and progression metrics
Drive iteration and optimization based on measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Demand Gen and/or ABM
Experience with signal-based GTM platforms
Strong understanding of pipeline stages and revenue
Experience partnering with Sales, SDR, and Field Marketing
Bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact
Ability to translate data into actionable plans
