🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in commercial lending or related financial services roles.
Experience with business owners, lenders, and client-facing environments.
Knowledge of underwriting concepts and lending structures.
Strong mastery of P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow interpretation.
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
