📋 Description

• Drive revenue by optimizing supply, demand, and pricing across ads products.
• Build yield strategies for long-term revenue, not just short-term gains.

• Create dashboards and tooling to visualize revenue performance and inventory utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in yield management, ads marketplace, or revenue analytics.
• Digital advertising/ad tech/marketplace experience preferred.
• Proven track record influencing revenue via data-driven insights.
• Advanced SQL skills with BigQuery, R, HEX for large datasets.
• Strong forecasting and monetization modeling skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous data into clear insights.
• Deep understanding of auction-based systems and pricing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: A/B testing and causal inference familiarity.
