🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in investment banking, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeler; builds headcount/opex models from scratch.
• Curious about product/engineering; understands cost drivers.
• Builds trust with non-finance partners and asks the right questions.
• Able to analyze data independently using SQL, BI, or FP&A tools.
• Can distill complex cost analyses into clear leadership narratives.
