📋 Description

• Partner with Finance to support annual COGS planning for a $30M BPO budget.
• Own the variance narrative for Hover's largest cost center; explain what happened.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to evaluate BPO contracts and build renegotiation models.
• Track cost per job trends across sites, product types, and complexity tiers.
• Communicate Hover's COGS story to leadership with clear numbers and narrative.
• Build and maintain financial models to support capacity planning and vendor decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting with financial modeling.
• Owns financial work; lead budgets and defend numbers in exec reviews.
• Strong financial modeling; build clean models from scratch and defend assumptions.
• Cross-functional collaborator with ops, finance, engineering, or vendor teams.
• Clear, confident communicator; explain cost stories to senior leaders.
