🎯 Requirements

- Experience modeling credit or balance sheet-driven businesses
- Strong intuition for cost of capital, structuring, and capital efficiency
- Experience working cross-functionally with treasury, accounting, data, or product teams
- Experience supporting senior leaders and interacting with boards or investors
- Advanced financial modeling skills (multi-scenario, sensitivity, stress testing)
- Clear, concise communicator; turns complexity into insight
- High ownership mindset; comfortable building from zero
- Fintech, financial services, or crypto experience a plus
