🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in strategic finance, growth analytics, or bizops in a high-growth environment
- Strong SQL and data manipulation; scalable data models
- Expert modeling including building P&Ls and operating models used by stakeholders
- Experience with CAC, funnels, experimentation, or unit economics is strongly preferred
- Systems-oriented mindset; identify recurring questions and build scalable datasets/tools
- Strong communication; translate analyses into actionable insights
