Evaluate key business problems and strategic initiatives; develop actionable insights.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Eng, Analytics, Ops, and Finance; build models.
Support annual and quarterly business reviews, financial planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
Partner with the US Finance & Strategy team to align on global goals and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

MBA in Finance, Strategy, or related field.
2–3 years in financial analysis/strategy/planning (incl. pre-MBA/internship).
Experience in consulting/ops/finance/market strategy with strong analytical/problem-solving.
Excel proficiency; SQL or data visualization tools a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights and influence.
Hybrid setup: 3 days/week in the Bangalore office.
