📋 Description

• Underwrite parking properties: analyze historical financials and forecast performance.
• Conduct real estate due diligence: evaluate property risks, terms, and operations.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders: engage with real estate execs and investors.
• Deliver feedback to Data team: communicate data gaps and opportunities.
• Explore the frontier of real estate data: leverage datasets to create competitive advantages.
• Perform company-level forecasting: generate scenarios and growth projections.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree; 3-5 years in strategic finance or real estate.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytics; comfortable with large data sets.
• SQL skills required; able to work without heavy Data teammate support.
• Passion for data; eager to ramp up data skills within our Data team.
• Strong synthesis skills; craft narratives from messy data.
• Client-facing; strong communication with external partners.
