Strategic Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end financial models for products and lines
• Develop financial frameworks to support strategic manufacturing decisions
• Execute rapid 80% fidelity analyses on short timelines
• Create transparency into manufacturing costs with FP&A
• Maintain competitive landscape databases and screening
• Support investor relations; draft executive and board materials

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or related finance at a high-growth hardware startup
• Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/accounting or related field preferred
• Experience or interest in aerospace/defense or regulated industries preferred
• Advanced Excel with dynamic models and scenario analyses
• Willingness to learn ERP/FP&A systems (Netsuite, Adaptive)
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
• Self-starter; comfortable in hybrid work with cross-continent teams
• U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident status
