  • 5+ years in enterprise CS/AM or senior consulting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at C-level.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics: digital experience analytics and product analytics.
  • Familiar with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks and LLM tools.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales to drive growth; ownership mindset.
  • Passion for AI-powered SaaS products.
