🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in high-touch enterprise CS/Account Mgmt or Senior Consulting.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication in French and English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong knowledge of analytics: Digital Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, A/B testing.
- Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot).
- Experience collaborating with Sales to drive growth with a proactive ownership mindset.
