- Engage with users and decision makers to guide deployment of Axon hardware.
- Assist pre-sales: scope Professional Services and RFP/RFI responses, deployment plan.
- Provide structure where customer needs are unclear in the implementation.
- Manage project scope: identify stakeholders, timelines, communications, status.
- Document customer feature requests and issues; feedback to leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of project deployment and coordination experience preferred
- 5+ years working collaboratively in complex environments
- Experience using technical PM tools to track and complete projects
- SME-level knowledge of Axon products preferred
- Experience delivering device deployments and enterprise apps to law enforcement or government
- Strong customer relationship management; align stakeholders and drive fast-moving projects
