📋 Description

  • Lead strategic deal support for direct, MSP, reseller, and marketplace deals.
  • Serve as global SME for Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure) and reseller programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft, redline, and finalize SaaS contracts for new, add-ons, and renewals.
  • Ensure deals are structured efficiently and aligned with revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Drive process improvements in deal lifecycle and coordinate with partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in deal support, deal desk, or contract management in SaaS.
  • Experience with Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and reseller programs.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, terms, and revenue recognition policies.
  • Excel and CRM/CPQ systems (Salesforce; Conga a plus).
  • Excellent business partnering, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree; ability to work across geos and manage multiple deals.
