π― Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with global complexity
- Expertise in Apple ecosystems and enterprise IT workflows
- German language proficiency (required)
- IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management experience (preferred)
- MDM or Apple Business Manager expertise (preferred)
- 2-year or higher degree (preferred)
