📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with global complexity.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning aligned to outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and maturity of Jamf solutions across large deployments.
  • Own renewal cycle for CS-owned strategic accounts, including forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Travel 20-40% for role-specific events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-year degree (Bachelor's) preferred
  • 5+ years CS/AM in SaaS (Required)
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts globally (Required)
  • Expertise in Apple ecosystems and IT workflows (Required)
  • Jamf product certifications (Jamf 100, 170, 200) preferred
  • MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks knowledge (Preferred)
