- Be the Voice of the Customer, advocating for needs and shaping solutions strategy.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, strategy, or enterprise SaaS CSM).
- Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
- Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems across audiences.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption, process improvements, and outcomes for enterprise customers.
- Fluent French
