  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from c-suite to individual contributors.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping for SOPs; document clearly.
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into Fin designs and best practices.
  • Monitor Fin usage, identify risks, optimize, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs, and strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer, advocating for needs and shaping solutions strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, strategy, or enterprise SaaS CSM).
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems across audiences.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption, process improvements, and outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • Fluent French
