📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of customers as their primary point of contact
  • Onboard new customers and drive successful implementations
  • Recommend platform configuration for construction use cases
  • Monitor account health and churn risks; intervene proactively
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support

🎯 Requirements

  • Must Have: Customer-facing commercial experience (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
  • Must Have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must Have: High ownership and execution capability
  • Must Have: Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Must Have: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Nice to Have: SaaS or construction tech experience
