  • 4โ€“8 years in customer success or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex B2B relationships
  • Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and ownership; cross-functional
  • English fluency; German a plus; Berlin-based preferred
