π― Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- 3+ years supporting Enterprise customers in a CSM role with $1M+ ARR.
- Trusted advisor to senior leaders; navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes.
- Desire to work with demanding, multi-national customers.
- Established CSM, self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Salesforce and Excel required; Gainsight knowledge a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication; strong listening skills.
- This is an in-office hybrid role in downtown Austin (2-3 days/wk).
