  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers (from c-suite to individual contributors).
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping for SOPs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into Fin design.
  • Monitor Fin usage to identify risks, optimize, and expand opportunities.
  • Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer; advocate needs and shape solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-7 years in customer-facing mgmt consulting, strategy, advisory, or enterprise SaaS CSM.
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly across audiences.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage a broad portfolio while delivering impact.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
