  • Build trusted relationships with investment and wealth management clients to drive adoption.
  • Guide onboarding through long-term maturity to accelerate time-to-value and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to align goals with platform capabilities and surface insights.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Glean, Claude Code) and platforms (Salesforce, Pendo) for proactive, high-impact engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, SaaS account management, consulting, or similar client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional/HNW investment lifecycle
  • Familiarity with investment products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds, private assets, and FX
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and drive product adoption in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders and end users
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable customer strategies
