🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with targets.
  • Experience owning renewal processes and retention quotas.
  • Strong discovery and qualification; MEDDIC or similar preferred.
  • Strong project management; accountable to timelines.
  • Experience with developers/technical personas; DevOps space preferred.
  • Experience with proactive and reactive CS motions.
  • Technical knowledge to advise on implementations.
