📋 Description

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers (from C‑suite to contributors).
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping for SOPs, documented clearly.
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into Fin designs and prompt strategy.
  • Monitor Fin usage to identify risks, optimize, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain deep Fin product knowledge and stay aware of the AI‑agent industry.
  • Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs, and strategic planning sessions with the customer.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, strategy, advisory, or enterprise SaaS CSM).
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong technical acumen and interest in AI/agent-building (coding not required).
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong prioritization skills managing a broad portfolio with depth of impact.
  • Proven success driving adoption, process improvement, and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
