  • 4+ years customer success experience; SaaS or financial services.
  • Maintain valuable, outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong multi-tasking across varied responsibilities.
  • Passion for customers; understand Truework Income products and use cases.
  • Strong communication skills; explain tech to non-technical end users in enterprises.
  • Willing to travel quarterly as needed.
