🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise account management experience. (Required)
  • 1+ years experience with Apple products in a professional setting. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. (Required)
  • Proven success mitigating risk within a customer portfolio. (Preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools, Gainsight and Salesforce. (Preferred)
  • Collaborative, cross-functional team mentality with ability to execute.
