  • 7+ years in CS or Enterprise Account Management.
  • Proven success driving enterprise transformation and ROI.
  • Experience with journey orchestration in high-ACV SaaS.
  • Partner with Sales to shape multi-thread expansion strategies.
  • Navigate procurement, security, and compliance in enterprise.
  • Strong executive presence and communication.
  • CAD/PLM or engineering tooling experience (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with land-and-expand SaaS motions (nice to have).
  • Vertical SaaS background (construction tech, IoT) (nice to have).
  • Translate product into customer value in a technical domain (You’ll thrive).
  • Own customer outcomes and internal clarity (You’ll thrive).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment (You’ll thrive).
