  • Own post-sale success for strategic banking customers

  • Drive executive governance via EBRs and adoption checks
  • Align Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing and Sales to resolve complex challenges

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–15+ years in CS, TACM, or enterprise leadership in SaaS/fintech/banking/crypto
  • Strong fluency in banking/payments infra, compliance, digital wallets, APIs, blockchain
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex enterprise accounts
  • Executive presence with strong commercial judgment and cross-functional leadership
  • Translate customer architecture and business goals into outcomes
  • Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and product adoption analytics
