Identify top customer concerns and recurring issues; feed back to improve product
Represent Research/Detection in reviews; present findings to non-technical audiences
Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering to deliver new features
Spot detection leads and drive faster mitigation of emerging threats
Develop stop-gap defenses for novel threats via analyses, models, dashboards
