🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role with renewals/adoption ownership.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex, multi-stakeholder orgs.
  • Background in construction tech is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort enabling admins and end users; change management.
  • Strong business acumen; tie product adoption to outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
