🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success management
  • 5+ years in SaaS and enterprise software
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Undergraduate degree highly preferred
  • Excellent communicator with strong listening and technical aptitude
