  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention & growth targets.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven ROI storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of mental health landscape and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and C-suite presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence in sensitive client conversations.
