🎯 Requirements

• A Change Veteran: 8–10+ years in corporate roles; 5+ leading large transformations.
• Prosci Certified: Certification is required.
• A Master Communicator: Translate strategy for broad audiences.
• Strategically Minded: See big picture and ripple effects across the company.
• High-Level Influencer: Comfortable with executives; provide candid direction.
• Data-Fluent: Design unbiased surveys and interpret feedback to pivot strategies.
