  • Execute day-to-day tasks in the customer's online community and/or email platform.
  • Recommend and implement engagement tactics for customer communities.
  • Help other Strategic Services teammates address issues for other customers.
  • Mentor and train team on community, communications and consulting best practices.
  • Seek and collate customer feedback to shape online community management and product ideation.
  • Work with Product and other HL teams to improve the community platform.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Manage competing priorities across multiple customers.
  • Work in a team, take direction, and guide others.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn new software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
