- Execute day-to-day tasks in the customer's online community and/or email platform.
- Recommend and implement engagement tactics for customer communities.
- Help other Strategic Services teammates address issues for other customers.
- Mentor and train team on community, communications and consulting best practices.
- Seek and collate customer feedback to shape online community management and product ideation.
- Work with Product and other HL teams to improve the community platform.
- Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Manage competing priorities across multiple customers.
- Work in a team, take direction, and guide others.
- Excellent customer service orientation and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude to learn new software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
