  • 5+ years in account management or sales, ideally in SaaS, payments, or POS tech.
  • Proven success growing and retaining a book of business across diverse verticals.
  • Consistent over-performance on key metrics and revenue targets.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities and switch contexts quickly.
  • Technical solutioning: requirements gathering and translating needs into scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success retaining and expanding strategic accounts.
