📋 Description

  • Build enterprise-wide account plans aligning Fieldguide’s value with outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-practice initiatives across Advisory, Audit, Tech, and Delivery.
  • Partner with the Strat AE on expansion opportunities and execution.
  • Serve as trusted advisor across executives and senior leaders.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and strengthen sponsorship.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
  • Establish playbooks for managing enterprise complexity and progress.
  • Represent Fieldguide at events to elevate brand and strategic value.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with 8+ years in enterprise accounts, programs, or CS strategy.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-threaded customer relationships at scale.
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence and a consultative approach.
  • Able to influence without authority—internally and externally.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning teams, accelerating outcomes.
  • Deep empathy for customers and a passion for enabling their success.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services is a plus.
