📋 Description

  • Lead strategic territory planning and drive product demand with key accounts.
  • Cultivate high-value partnerships across providers, IDNs, VA, and reimbursement teams.
  • Deliver compliant education on approved messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account/territory strategy to access products.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize customers and maximize impact.
  • Aggregate customer and market data to drive multi-channel selling engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree will be considered with significant relevant, related industry experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales in the biopharma industry is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must live within the stated territory.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% within your geography is required, with the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory is required.
  • Candidate is required to be in the field five days a week, conducting visits, while also completing all administrative tasks related to the role.
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance, and well versed in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customer segments is required.
